Dashing (dashing.krd) is a point-of-sale, inventory and double-entry accounting platform for retail shops in Iraq — Arabic-first, also in Kurdish (Sorani) and English — with a cashier that works offline and a built-in AI assistant called Dash.

Dashing keeps double-entry books behind every sale, purchase and expense, so a shop owner sometimes needs an accountant to review them and prepare what a partner or the tax office asks for. This directory gathers accountants and firms who know the system, sorted by city. Listing is free and the choice is the shop owner's; Dashing charges neither side.

## What an accountant sees in Dashing

- An account with the "accountant" role that the owner opens or attaches to your existing account by email, with the screen permissions they choose, for example accounting and reports without the till; and all your shops in one list with the last locked month of each
- The general journal exports to Excel; the trial balance, the balance sheet, the cash flow statement and the aging reports export to PDF; the income statement is on screen; invoices, customers and products export as CSV
- Monthly locks and a fiscal-year close with a real closing entry; after a close the system refuses any entry dated inside the period, and the audit log is neither edited nor deleted
- VAT is off by default and switched on when needed with codes and rates, and its return is computed from the books; there is no e-invoicing, because none exists in Iraq

- Open a free Dashing account and close one month in it (sample data is fine); we want an accountant who has tried the system with their own hands
- We call you for a short conversation, then your card is published here. Removal on your request at any time

## What it does not do

The directory is an introduction and not a recommendation: Dashing does not review or guarantee the accountants' work and takes no commission from either side. The engagement is directly between you and the accountant. The directory is empty today by design: it fills as accountants close a month in a free account and agree in writing to be listed.

## Common questions

### I am a shop owner, how do I give my accountant access?

From the Staff screen, add a new user for the accountant and give them the accounting and reports screens only. They see the books and cannot sell from the cashier, and everything they do is written to the audit log.

### The directory is empty or does not cover my city, what do I do?

Message us on WhatsApp with your city and we connect you with the nearest accountant who has tried the system, if there is one; or give your current accountant an account, they do not need to be listed.
