# Excel templates for the shop: seven sheets that do the maths — in Arabic and Kurdish.

> Seven Excel templates in Arabic, Kurdish and English with live formulas: stock count, customer debts, drawer close, price list, purchase order, expenses, suppliers.

Dashing (dashing.krd) is a point-of-sale, inventory and double-entry accounting platform for retail shops in Iraq — Arabic-first, also in Kurdish (Sorani) and English — with a cashier that works offline and a built-in AI assistant called Dash.

Each template is a sheet a shop in Iraq keeps by hand today, with the formulas the notebook lacks: the difference and its value, the age of a debt, the expected cash in the drawer, the margin, the totals. Right-to-left, frozen headers, thousands separators, and a CSV twin. Free and without sign-up — and when the sheet gets too small, this is what Dashing does instead.

## How to use them

Download your language's version, open it in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice, and type in the plain columns; the computed columns fill themselves. Sixty rows come pre-filled with formulas; add more by copying the last row. The CSV twin imports into any system.

## Why these seven

Because they are what we see on shop desks: a debt notebook, a count sheet, the drawer book, a supplier price list in pen, and an expense book. No tax-invoice template, because Iraq has no VAT and no e-invoicing today.

## Common questions

### Do the templates work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the Excel file to Drive and open it with Google Sheets; formulas, drop-downs and right-to-left are preserved.

### Do the templates collect any data?

No. Plain files that download and work on your device; no macros and no internet connection.
