Write the cost and the sale price and three computed columns appear: profit, margin (profit ÷ price) and markup (profit ÷ cost). Confusing margin with markup is the most common pricing mistake in shops; the sheet shows both side by side.

## Columns

- **Margin %**: Profit divided by the sale price.
- **Markup %**: Profit divided by cost — what a supplier means by "put 30% on top".

### Does the sheet round prices to 250?

No; you write the sale price. Use the margin calculator to get a suggested price rounded to 250 IQD.
