For bakeries: sales by kilo and piece, standing orders for restaurants, and the dawn shift.
Dashing for bakeries starts before dawn: a shift opens with its float, bread sells by the piece and cake by the kilo with fractions, each restaurant's or hotel's standing order issues its invoice on schedule to that customer's account, and the flour receipt is attached to the expense from a phone.

A restaurant that takes 200 loaves a day
You create a recurring sale in the restaurant's name: the item, quantity, price, a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, and the start date. The invoice issues on schedule and posts to the restaurant's account, so you review the list instead of typing it every morning, and you can pause it over a holiday. The statement reaches the restaurant as a WhatsApp link valid for 30 days, and receivables aging shows who is 30, 60 or 90 days late.
The dawn shift
- A shift opens with a float and closes with a count; the difference is booked automatically
- The shift report shows the sales and returns by payment method, and compares the revenue, the number of invoices and the average ticket with the same weekday a week earlier
- Sales by the kilo and by the piece for the same item, with the weight typed in fractions
- An expense with a receipt photo from the phone, petty cash, and a recurring expense for the rent
- Staff hours recorded in the app, and permissions per screen
What it does not do
No recipes and no production costing; raw materials and products are independent items, and the flour is not deducted when bread is sold. The software does not send the invoice to the restaurant by itself: your staff send it.
Common questions
How do I invoice a restaurant that takes 200 loaves a day?
A recurring sale with the quantity, price and a daily schedule; its invoice issues every day to the restaurant's account, and the statement reaches them as a WhatsApp link when you send it.
Does it deduct the flour when bread is sold?
No. There are no recipes; flour is a raw material that is purchased and adjusted by count or manual adjustment, and bread is a separate item that is sold.
