Free cashier and accounting software for the single-branch shop, with no cap on sales and no expiry date.
Dashing offers a genuinely free plan for shops in Iraq: the whole shop for one branch, with no card and no share of your sales. What it includes, and what it does not, is set out below in full.
What you get for free
- The full cashier: barcode, product grid, held sales, discounts, returns, cash, card or credit, and it works offline
- Invoices with no daily cap: sales are never limited on any plan
- Stock by unit and batch, with CSV import, for one branch
- Customers, their debts, the statement on WhatsApp, and unlimited users
- Full accounting: expenses, income statement, balance sheet, month close, and a seat for your accountant
- Dash, the AI assistant: 10 messages an hour
- All three languages with whole dinars and nightly backups for everyone
What "free" means here
- No card at sign-up, and no trial period after which the cashier stops
- No per-transaction fee and no percentage of card sales
- No ads inside the app and no selling of your data
- The limits are stated up front: one branch, Dash at 10 messages an hour, and a "sent with Dashing" line on the receipts you share. No surprises
- Every new shop starts on the yearly plan for 14 days with no card, then continues free by itself
When to move to the yearly plan
When your shop opens a second branch, or you want Dash at 100 messages an hour, receipts without the "sent with Dashing" line, priority replies on WhatsApp and a guided setup session on screen. The yearly plan is 420,000 IQD, about 35,000 a month, paid once through a WhatsApp message, no card, no auto-renewal, 14-day money-back, and your data stays exactly where it is when you move.
What it does not do
Four things are reserved for the yearly plan: the second branch, Dash at 100 messages an hour, removing the "sent with Dashing" line, and priority WhatsApp. There is no desktop download either: Dashing runs in the browser on any device.
Common questions
Does the free plan expire?
No. It stays free as long as you use it. No timer, no "your trial has ended". The first 14 days on the yearly plan are on us; after that the shop continues on the free plan.
Do I need to download a program on the PC?
No. Open dashing.krd in the browser on a PC, phone or tablet, sign up and start. It can be installed as an app from the browser so it works offline.
What happens to my data if I never subscribe?
It stays. The free plan is not temporary, your data is yours, and your invoices and entries export to Excel at any time.
Is the free plan enough for one shop?
Yes. You sell, count, record debts and close your month, with any number of users, as long as you have one branch. When you open the second, you need the yearly plan.
