How does payment work?
One amount up front: 420,000 IQD for the full year, no bank card needed. You message us on WhatsApp with your shop's name; we reply with the payment details and switch the plan on the same day. There is no auto-renewal: you decide whether to renew at the end of the year.
What if I change my mind after subscribing?
You have a full money-back guarantee in the first 14 days, with no questions and no conditions. After that the plan runs to the end of its term and does not renew by itself.
What is the difference between the free and the yearly plan?
The free plan is the whole shop for one branch: cashier, stock, customers, invoices and accounting with no cap, unlimited users, and Dash at 10 messages an hour. The yearly plan adds branches, Dash at 100 messages an hour, removes the "sent with Dashing" line from your receipts, and gives you priority WhatsApp and a setup session. Selling is never capped on any plan.
How do I move from the free plan to the yearly plan?
From inside the app: the upgrade button opens the plan and a WhatsApp button with a ready message carrying your shop's name. We reply with the payment details and switch the plan on the same day. And you do not wait to try it: every new shop starts on the yearly plan for 14 days with no card, then continues free by itself.
Are there fees on sales?
No. The price is all-inclusive: unlimited sales with no per-transaction fee. You pay the plan fee only; what you earn stays with you.
Do I need internet all the time?
No. The cashier works offline: every sale is saved on the device and uploaded automatically the moment the connection returns, and is never recorded twice.
Does it work in Kurdish?
Yes. Every screen and every receipt is available in Arabic, Kurdish (Sorani) and English, and each user picks their own language.
Is the free plan temporary?
No. It stays free for as long as you use it, and needs no card. You move to the yearly plan only when you need what it adds.
What happens to my data if I do not renew?
Nothing is lost. Your shop goes back to the free plan with all its data: you sell, count and keep the books as before, your extra branches keep working (you just cannot add a new one), Dash returns to 10 messages an hour, and the "sent with Dashing" line returns to receipts. Your invoices and entries export to Excel at any time, on any plan.
