Invoice generator: a clean invoice in a minute, printed or saved as PDF.
For anyone who sells occasionally and needs a tidy invoice now: your name and phone, the customer, invoice number and date, items with quantities and prices, a discount, a tax rate and a note. The tool computes the total, and the preview is exactly what prints. Nothing is stored with us. When invoices become daily, Dashing numbers them, books them and sends them on WhatsApp.

What an invoice should carry
A sequential number that never repeats, a date, the seller's name and contact, the customer, the lines with quantities and prices, and the total. If you charge sales tax or VAT, enter the rate and the invoice shows it on its own line; if your country requires a tax registration number on invoices, put it in the note at the bottom. Iraq has no VAT today, so leave the rate blank there. The sequential number is what your accountant needs later.
How the total is worked out
Each line is quantity times price. The discount is an amount taken off the subtotal, and the tax rate applies to what is left, the usual order on a sales invoice. Two items at 19.99 and one at 10 make 49.98; a discount of 5 leaves 44.98; tax at 20% adds 9.00, for a total of 53.98. Dinar invoices print in whole dinars; the other currencies print with cents.
What is remembered and what is not
Your business name, phone, logo, currency and layout (A4 invoice or 80 mm receipt) are remembered in your browser, and the invoice number advances by one after each print, like a receipt book. Customer, items, discount and tax start empty every time, and nothing is uploaded. The WhatsApp button sends the invoice summary as text.
Common questions
Can I save the invoice as a PDF?
Yes: the print button opens the print dialog; choose "Save as PDF" instead of a printer. On a phone the same dialog offers Share or Save.
Are my invoices stored with you?
No. Everything stays in your browser and disappears when you close the page. For numbered, booked, kept invoices, that is what Dashing does.
Which currencies can I use?
Iraqi dinar, US dollar, euro, pound sterling, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal, Turkish lira, Indian rupee, Canadian dollar and Australian dollar. Pick one per invoice; the tool does not convert between them.
Can I add VAT or sales tax?
Yes. Type the rate in the tax field and the invoice adds a tax line after the discount. One rate applies to the whole invoice; items taxed at different rates need separate invoices.
