Sharing a customer's account statement on WhatsApp
From the customer page: "Account statement" then "Share" opens WhatsApp with a secure link valid for 30 days showing invoices, payments and the balance.

The statement turns 'you owe an amount' into detail that leaves no room for argument. It is sent as a link, and the customer opens it on their phone.
Steps
- Open the customer's page from "Customers".
- Press "Account statement" to review the entries: "Date", "Description", "Debit", "Credit", "Balance".
- Press "Share". A secure link is created ("Link ready" appears) and WhatsApp opens with a message carrying it; send it from your phone or computer.
- To copy the link for another channel: "Link copied" appears after copying.
Notes
- The statement comes out in the interface language of the staff member who created the link (Arabic/Kurdish/English).
- The link is read-only and allows no changes.
- Sending the statement at the end of every month to every customer with a balance makes the reminder a habit rather than an event.
What the system does not do
It does not send statements automatically or on a schedule; every link is one tap by you.
Common questions
- What does the customer see when they open the link?
- A statement page under your shop's name: every invoice with its date and lines, every payment, and the balance — with no sign-in and no app.
- The link has expired.
- Links are valid for 30 days. Send a new one from the same button; the old one shows "This link has expired."
